Moris's Home, designed by ZEN Architect, embodies a warm atmosphere where nature is "subtly integrated" into its sustainable architecture. This penthouse is situated in the Phuong Liet collective area of Hanoi, reflecting the owners' love for the city's ancient charm and lush greenery. Mr. Rafeal and Ms. Tra My envisioned this dream home to welcome their baby, Moris May.
Spanning two open floors with a construction area of 100 m², Moris's Home embraces an "open" design that maximizes the advantages of its location and space. Tailored for a family of three, the home accommodates essential living needs and promotes social interaction, green spaces, and a modern lifestyle.
The design strategically utilizes the main facade to invite cool breezes and abundant natural light, unimpeded by neighboring high-rises. A standout feature is the versatile stainless steel grid that wraps around much of the facade and the penthouse's "hanging garden." This element shields the interior from harsh sunlight while ensuring family privacy.
The project was completed in six months, showcasing a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal.
